I wouldn’t say I had a relaxing weekend but I did get a lot done. This long July 4th weekend was the deck restore weekend. Well actually its been the last 2 weekends. This was a ton of work but it sure made the deck look 100% better. Well worth it. After a week I can put the table and chairs back in place.
It wasn’t all work and no play…I did do some sewing. I got 12 more “Talking Turkey” blocks almost done. I have a total of 20 blocks, thats where I’m stopping, lol this block has a lot of pieces. Once I add the borders it will be a large lap quilt. I also started a background for this months ATC, July’s theme in Poetry… This summer is flying by.
