Lots of Finishes

I got a lot done this past week!!! I’m working on smaller pieces for an art show I’m doing in August. The small flower wall hangings are about 9×12. I used die cut flowers from the GoCutter makes its easy to get a lot cut in a short time.

I’m also working on a small landscape. This one is only half done, I still need to sew the boat on and do some stitching and bead work. Not wild about it yet, but once I get some stitching and beads it may grow on me…

Cute little bunny is out there in my yard almost very morning munching.

I also got a some sewing in. After 12 noon its was way to hot to keep working outside so what better excuse, then I need to go in and sew do I need…LOL I worked on a couple little wall hanging from more of my mothers embroideries. Its hard to tell but the HST are half an inch, .5″. That’s some kind of tiny…

Lots of things going on

I helped a friend free motion a Go Bedazzled quilt that a friend of hers had made. I love that design by Sarah Vedeler It was raining when I finished so I couldn’t get a good picture of it. But here’s one corner, with a butterfly and feathers. Sorry its a little blurry. I also have another table runner ready to fuze and quilt.

Last but not least a co-worker is letting me show you a picture of her 5 month old son on a quilt I made for him. Don’t you just love the red hair and how intently he is examining the stitches…LOL he is such a cutie pie.

More Runners

I think with these 2 it makes 18 runners and place mats. I made 9 patches and did the disappearing 9 patch block with some christmas fabric I had gotten a couple of years ago. They go together so easy and fast. I love fast. Of course they aren’t done I still need to sandwich these puppies and quilt them.
